Rates
All rates are subject to agreement depending on the nature of the project, the service required, and the time frame. There is a minimum charge of £25 per project

Proofreading
- Full proofread, rates start from £15 per hour, or £0.005 per word
- Final pass proofreading, rates start from £0.002 per word (available for manuscripts that have been edited and/or proofread previously)

Copy and Line Editing
- Rates start from £18 per hour, or £0.008 per word
​
Developmental Editing
- Rates start from £25 per hour
- Due to the nature of developmental or substantive editing, rates by word count are not available

Beta Reading
- Rates start from £10 per hour, or £0.002 per word
​
Reduced Rates
Reduced rates are available for clients requiring editing services on a regular basis, either booked in advance or on retainer

Service on Retainer
Retainer services are available by agreement. There is a flat monthly fee which allows clients to send projects without advance notice and ensures quick return when needed, with a set per-word rate for every project. The retainer service is generally best for clients who require editing services frequently and need flexibility on booking and turnaround times

​​Payments
- Flat rates for complete projects are available by agreement
- Payment plans can be arranged on a case-by-case basis
- For longer projects, payments may be required in instalments at set project milestones
- For first-time clients, a 50% deposit is required prior to the work commencing
- Payments may be made by direct bank deposit, PayPal, or Wise
- Full PDF invoices can also be provided for client records as needed
